Cash Caredit acts as a facilitator between loan applicants and regulated financial institutions. We do not provide loans directly.
2. No Loan Guarantee
Loan approval, interest rate, tenure, and disbursal decisions are made solely by the respective lender. We do not guarantee loan approval.
3. Processing or Service Fees
If any service or processing fee is charged for documentation, consultation, or facilitation services, the details will be clearly communicated before payment.
4. Refund Eligibility
- Fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable.
- If a duplicate payment is made due to technical error, refund may be processed after verification.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Loan rejection by lender.
- Incorrect information submitted by applicant.
- Failure to provide required documents.
- Change of decision after service has been initiated.
